Technical Service

Flow has the largest, most highly trained dedicated waterjet service team in the country. Flow service technicians are waterjet specialists, trained and certified by Flow to service Flow equipment. Flow offers on-site technical service calls anywhere in North America (within 24 hours if necessary), and training classes at our state-of-the-art facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Technical service engineers are available to assist you Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Technical service engineers are also on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure your system is up and running round-the-clock.
