Installation

Installation of a new system is a collaborative effort between Flow and our customers. Our project management team works directly with customers to coordinate delivery and installation, assess site requirements, and provide all necessary resources before installation. Our certified technicians handle the installation of the system, ensuring it is set up and fully operational, and providing training during post-installation.

Training

Every application is different, and we’re dedicated to providing our customers with exactly the training they need. We offer comprehensive training designed to support customers from installation to more advanced applications. Training begins on-site with post-installation familiarization, ensuring that operators are fully equipped to use their new systems. For more in-depth knowledge and advanced applications, we have courses available at our Customer Technology Center, where operators and employees can be thoroughly educated on system operation, best practices, and maintenance protocols.
